Showalter Apiaries

Fresh from Showalter Apiaries, located in the Shenandoah Valley, nestled between the Blue Ridge Mountains and the Appalachian Mountains, our bees forage the woodlands and farm lands of this beautiful valley gathering nectar, pollen and propolis. Nectar for making honey, pollen for raising the brood and propolis to keep the hive's environment sealed and clean. We first and foremost raise and love bees and respect the great contribution they make to our survival. With bees pollinating our plants, trees, and flowers, we would not have the fruits and vegetables we so much depend on today. The reason is that most all of them are synthetic detergent bars.
